The garden level consists of a self-contained studio equipped with a kitchen (sink, mini fridge, microwave, 2-ring hob, coffee maker and teapot), a multimedia area (Smart TV + PS3 + PS4 + HIFI sound system), a private bathroom and a fitness area at the back.

Ground floor

The ground floor consists of a large entrance hall opening onto an open-plan area with the living room (panoramic sea view) and a dining room, the kitchen with a bar opening onto the living room and a reading area (library).

First floor

The first floor has a first bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 140cm convertible sofa bed (the space can be closed off to create 2 bedrooms). A second master bedroom is on this floor with a 160cm bed and bathroom. Both bedrooms have a balcony with a panoramic sea view. A loggia also allows you to enjoy the view of the garden.

What can I say! Incredible villa with a magnificent view and a pool to cool off in on hot days. Friendly dog with an enclosed garden. Access to a bakery and a good local restaurant. The air conditioning in the house was great and quiet! The owners are super helpful. We would have gladly rented it every year 😘
