Due to the particular layout of the villa, which was built in 1920, and the large number of stairs and terraces, we are unfortunately unable to provide suitable accommodation for people with reduced mobility. If necessary, we can help you find alternative accommodation in Mandelieu La Napoule, which has the necessary facilities and accessibility.

We offer our travellers the free use of a travel cot, a high chair, a baby bath, a changing mat, a child's step stool (useful for brushing teeth) and a barrier to close off the top floor staircase.

Although a car is recommended to enjoy all the pleasures of the French Riviera, it is quite possible to get to Mandelieu La Napoule by train or bus. Once there, the villa is 250m from the historic centre of the Capitou district. There you will find a range of local shops (bakery, restaurant, pizzeria and supermarket) as well as a market every Saturday morning.

The villa has a terraced garden of around 5,500m² where citrus and fruit trees grow, there are rose gardens and a mini eucalyptus forest. Access is free, barriers can be used to restrict access to children if necessary due to the risk of them falling or injuring themselves on the plants (thorns, cacti, etc.).

For all reservations, our travellers will have access to washed and ironed sheets, pillows, duvets and towels (bath and beach). We also provide a welcome gift (1 bottle of Prosecco + bottles of water) as well as tea bags, coffee capsules and coffee beans.

The villa has mains gas central heating (new boiler) and eight reversible air conditioning units (hot and cold). Each room therefore has heating and an air conditioning unit.

The swimming pool has an automatic chlorination and pH adjustment system. It is heated by a heat pump in mid-season from 1 April to mid-May and then from mid-September to the end of October. During the summer season, its southern exposure and dark colour allow it to naturally reach a temperature of between 24° and 32° maximum.

All bookings include exclusive and private access to the house and garden. Depending on the season, our teams may need to intervene (usually in the morning) by taking out the bins, watering and/or maintaining the garden and/or cleaning the swimming pool and outdoor stairs, remaining as discreet as possible.

Questions about my booking

We accept bookings directly via the contact menu or bookings through the Booking, Abritel and Airbnb platforms.

In the case of direct rental, a deposit of 50% to be paid by bank transfer is required to secure the reservation. In the case of rental through the Booking, Abritel and Airbnb platforms, the operation may vary according to the mechanisms put in place by these partner platforms.

In the case of direct rental or rental through partner platforms, it is possible to cancel your reservation free of charge up to 15 days in advance. In the case of late cancellation, penalty charges may apply.

Due to the size of the accommodation, keys can only be collected at check-in in person so that all the information necessary for the smooth running of the stay is available.

Check-in is possible between 15:00 and 22:30 and check-out is possible between 06:00 and 11:00. The 4-hour interval between the maximum departure time and the minimum arrival time is necessary for our teams to carry out a full cleaning of the accommodation.
